Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or playing Spellbound, Blends, Bounty, Crossover, or any other game on Morning Blend Games (the “Games”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Games.
2. Who can use the Games
The Games are free daily word and puzzle games intended for general audiences. No account, sign-up, or payment is required to play.
3. Your data and local progress
The Games don’t require an account, and we don’t collect names, emails, or other personal information to let you play. Your streaks, stats, and settings are stored locally in your browser (via localStorage and IndexedDB) and stay on your device — clearing your browser data will erase them. We use Google Analytics to understand overall usage of the site (for example, which games are played and how often); this data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
4. Intellectual property
The Games, including their puzzles, artwork, logos, and underlying code, are the property of My Morning Blend Games, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may play the Games for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, but you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Games or their content without our permission.
5. Acceptable use
Please don’t attempt to disrupt the Games, reverse-engineer them to extract puzzle answers ahead of their daily release, or use automated tools (bots, scrapers) against the site in a way that degrades it for other players.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Games are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Morning Blend Games, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Games, including loss of locally stored progress or stats.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Games after a change means you accept the updated terms. We’ll update the effective date above when that happens.
